We are a family-owned winery in Rheinhessen, Germany, cultivating 40 hectares of vineyards, with a strong focus on Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, and a range of white, rosé, and red wines.
For the 2026 harvest, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated cellar hands / assistant winemakers (m/w/d) to join our team during the busiest and most exciting time of the year.
Position details:
Period: September to November 2026 (depending on harvest conditions)
Type: Internship / temporary harvest position (paid role)
Location: Bechtheim, region : Rheinhessen, Germany
What we’re looking for:
Dynamic, hands-on, and reliable individuals with experience in the cellarwork during grape harvest
Open to students, graduates, and early-career winemakers
Background in winemaking (technical diploma or relevant studies preferred)
Previous cellar experience is a plus, we are looking for that
Team spirit and willingness to work long harvest hours
